Anastasia - the Vedic age - food, health, conscious awareness and the energy of feelings

Thoughts from Anastasia - Excerpts from Book 6 - The Book of Kin, The history of mankind - Feeding life in the flesh, pgs137-142:

People living in the Vedic age did not know a single disease of the flesh. Even at the age of a hundred and fifty or even two hundred years they maintained a lively spirit, a joy of living, and remained completely healthy. They had no doctors or healers such as exist in great numbers today. Diseases of the flesh were impossible because the way of life in ones own domain, the natural Space of Love which they themselves had established, completely regulated their intake of food. Man's body was supplied with everything it needed in the required quantity and at the time most favorable for its consumption, and at the most favorable planetary alignment for the intake of food. (p 137)

Each berry, little herb and piece of fruit has its own day, hour and minute when it is most beneficial to the human body - when it will complete the process of its own growth in conjunction with the celestial bodies. By this time it will have taken account of the specifics of what lies under the ground and of other plants growing around it, as well as of the Man who has bestowed his gaze upon it, and then evaluate and determine what his greatest needs are. And on that very day when it is ready to serve Man, Man will honour it by his acceptance, and allow perfection itself to become his food. (p138)

Back then, Man did not think about food. He fed himself in much the same manner as today we breathe. The Space he had created, in conjunction with his intuition, accurately worked out how and when the flesh should be fed. (p 140)

And every Man of the Vedic culture was fully aware that what he consumed as food not only fed his body, but filled the soul with conscious awareness. At the same time it conveyed information directly to him from all the worlds of the Universe.

This is why these people were many times superior to their modern-day counterparts in terms of inner energy, keenness of mind and quickness of thought.

The animals and plants living in Mans family Space reacted to Man as to a god. The animals, herbs and trees were constantly thirsting for a tender look or a kind touch on Mans part.

And this power of the energy of feelings was what prevented unwanted weeds from growing in the garden or vegetable plot. Many people are now aware how a household plant can suddenly shrivel up when it meets with disfavor on the part of someone in the family. On the other hand, a feeling of love and communication directed toward the same plant can cause it to flourish.

This is why the Vedic people never went near their garden with a hoe. Even today, we have expressions such as give someone the evil eye. It originated in those times. People could create a lot through their energy of feelings.

Suppose a Man is walking through his domain. Everything around catches his kindly gaze. He might look at a weed and think: Why are you here? The weed would quickly wither from sorrow. On the other hand, if one were to smile at a cherry tree, it would cause its sap to run through its veins with twice the energy as before. (pgs 141-142)

Abraham - Hicks teachings

I am all of a sudden in a hurry because Kaiya needs a drive to a friends.. part of being a Mom.

So I am quickly going to post the 1st thing I thought of sitting down here..
The Abraham-Hicks website. They send me daily motivational quotes, which are often quite perfect for whatever I happen to be thinking about. Amazing & wonderful how this often works!

I am going to share a few of my favorite ones - They send out lots of interesting thoughts, Enjoy!

You cannot look at that which you do not want and not join and perpetuate that vibration. Take your attention from that which is not in harmony with who you are, and in taking your attention from it, your "now vibration" will adjust to who you really are, and then you can uplift others.
Excerpted from a workshop in Portland, OR on Tuesday, June 10th, 1997
All Is Well

The Universe does not know or care whether the vibration that you're offering is in response to something you are living right now, and observing, or in response to something you are imagining. In either case, the Universe accepts it as your point of attraction and matches it.
Excerpted from a workshop in Silver Spring, MD on Saturday, April 19th, 1997

The only way that you can ever know if something is of value to you is by the way it feels as you are receiving it.
Excerpted from a workshop in Lincroft, NJ on Tuesday, October 15th, 1996

Hypothetically, people worry about everyone being selfishly oriented. "If everyone did exactly what they want to do, what kind of world would this be?" And we say, a really, really good one. Because if everyone did what they wanted to do, everyone would feel free. And if you feel free, you feel empowered. And every negative emotion that exists—hear this—every negative emotion that exists is because there is some sense of loss of freedom somewhere in there.
Excerpted from a workshop in Syracuse, NY on Wednesday, September 29th, 2004
All Is Well

From the Non-physical, you created you, and now from the physical, you continue to create, and we are nothing if we are not Flow-ers of Energy. We must have objects of attention, that are ringing our bells, in order to feel the fullness of who we are, flowing through us, for the continuation of All-That-Is. That is what puts the eternalness in eternity.
Excerpted from a workshop in Silver Spring, MD on Saturday, April 19th, 1997

The reason the grandchildren will benefit by the launched rockets that you've set forth; is because they're born with no resistance to the rockets of desires that you've launched forth... You've seen those little ones on computers? They have no problem with that. They were born with computers in their life; they're born cable-ready. They're already up to speed with what you've launched into the vibrational future. And that's one of the reasons that it's nice when the old ones croak and the new ones come in, because it sort of dilutes the resistance factor that's going on on this planet.
Excerpted from a workshop in Tarrytown, NY on Saturday, May 14th, 2005

The basis of your life is absolute freedom, the goal is joy, and the result of that perfect combination is motion forward, or growth. Your goal is to find objects of attention that let your cork raise.

There is no such thing as death, life is only a dream and we're the imagination of ourselves.

Regession, progression and playing in past lives and in this life - Having Fun!

Good Morning!
Once again I am coming with lots of subjects in mind that I could post about but just feeling a morning ramble coming on. So here goes:

I am more emotional lately than usual.
I feel like I am detoxing on a non-physical level - like there are toxins, thoughts, programs stored in my cells.. but they are not actually physical entities - they can't be seen in a microscope or anything.
I have cried more lately than ever before.. I was having an emotional day yesterday, sat & cried on my bed before I left for work.. why?
Well, I am going to surface explain this because I don't really want to get into my life too much at this point. If it was only my life, no prob.. but I'm not because I don't want to talk about other family members.

So, of course this all started with going Raw. When you clean out on a physical level you also start cleaning on other levels. When you are raw emotions just flow out & through you. You do become more sensitive, emotional stuff does get released.
Think like a baby - They just cry when upset.. and then when they smile the whole world around them smiles because they are so pure. But going raw is not exactly like this because you also have the maturity to not just cry anywhere.. & you know you are going to be fed &/or etc ..but I'm getting off track..

But lately, this particular emotional detox period started with the ayahuasca weekend. I looked at my thoughts and situations from a completely different perspective. In my trip it was like my higher self picked me up and got me to look at myself from a completely different angle than I had been seeing things. & it showed me how strongly things in my life had been affecting me (& the kids) - The negative situations around me. (I had been thinking 'oh, thats not such a big deal' ...Wrong!)
Then on Sunday seeing Debra Skye - It was like she looked at me like I was crazy.. she said to me "Are You Crazy? - What are you doing?" She totally challenged my whole life situation.. asked me what are you doing here? Meanwhile she was picking things out of the Akashic Record - she had asked my guides & everything to go in there.. and taking situations (& she was bang on with everything!) and questioning why I was acting the way I was. Situations that I couldn't change - and ones that I should be changing. I was explaining, asking questions and I came out of there with a whole new reality check.
Lots to think about.
She told me that she was surprised I didn't seem the type to have so much programming going on. I have a lot of programming!
I am looking at things I have believed in a whole new way. Things I have believed since I was a child. Things my Mom told me. (but hey, nothing against Mom - I am sure I have put some programming in my own kids - we usually do that as parents, unknowingly. ..and we do it to protect them.)

The past life regression session was not as intense. I will tell you more about that later.. limited time now. But one thing I wanted to mention was how it felt when I was lying down, white sheet over me and she was sitting next to me - probably cross-legged but my eyes were closed so I dont know.. and then she put me in a pyramid of white light and then at another point in wrapped myself up in a big white fluffy cloud.. and we journeyed together into different lifetimes.. & I really felt like we were playing. ..and it was really fun!

& then Fred came in last night & talked about how we don't play as much as we used to when we were kids. We get all serious as adults and forget about the fun stuff. When you are a kid you go to your friends house, knock on the door & say hey, you wanna do something ok, what do you want to do, I don't know what do you want to do..lets dress up and play Indians.. ok.
I love that. So he woke up in the morning with an idea he put together for a transformation reading and he gave one to me after work. & that was fun! - It had to do with Osho cards, chocolate!. crop circles, sacred geometry, rose oil, etc.. How fun is that? Very!
(& then I got a drive in a red sports car home! : )

So thats basically my thought for today.. That its important to still have fun. We need to be responsible for ourselves, to nurture and take care of our inner selves. Regression can be just as important as progression - in this life or any of our lives.

Am just checking e-mails - someone who came in & saw me yesterday is mentioning that in addition to these therapies using a vibe machine from Stuff That Works might be a good idea. & I just happen to know one of the owners - great idea! ..will look into that!!

& this - from a new friend I just made at the Secret, Noah, who hopefully will be starting his own blog soon! - just want to share part of his e-mail that is making me really happy right now:

"It's not just a cliche that everything you need is already inside. Anyway, this is what I
do on your blog... I sit on your bench by the sea, taking in the gentle
sunset, and ho'o pono pono my seagull being me sits and looks back at me and
we gaze. A lot to think about. But, there is time, and there is, and there
I am. So today the sea may be rough, and there I am, and tomorrow, the
sunrise may be filled with misty wonder and a fresh new day, and there I am.
The world is many things and it is simply one all at once. And Now, there I
Am."

Yikes, no time to reread/edit.. Thats life! Enjoy it & have Fun!!! xo

Soul Therapy - Akashic Redord Consultation and Past life regression therapy

Hello.
Just checking in quickly. It is my one day off & I have lots to do. so, quick notes..
I have lots to tell about the Secret exhibition, which was quite frankly one of the best kept secrets around.. cause there were not many people there.. but there were some amazing booths and vendors and great networking happening.. so that was great.
& I would have to say the #1 best thing.. and the reason I think I was there was to meet Deborah Skye of Soul Therapy.

Soul therapy is downtown, in Yorkville and where I am off to this afternoon for a past life regression session. I had an Akashic Record Consultation yesterday and it rang so true to me.. as she was talking it was like my insides were shaking, cause I knew what she was saying was so true.. and its scary because when you hear truths like that you have to face your fears and the things that hold you back and limit you.

So I have just finished writing down everything, everyone - all of the puzzle clues and interesting things I wanted to know about.. I should write some other questions.. but am taking a break to go for a quick work-out at the gym.. and will think of more there. I love the gym, sometimes I can really get into a Zen state doing cardio.. and even lifting weights, just thinking about breathing and things just come to you.
- 1 sec - parcel in the mail - Yay! I love parcels!! : )

I am excite about the past life regression - It's a 3-4 hour long appt which is taped.. so you can listen to it & analyze and think about things that came to you later. She guides you through it but I do a lot of the talking. I have to sign hypnosis forms. wow!

I made a version of Shazzies superfood GogogoChew bars this morning and am feeling the bliss and radiating energy - I ate so much.. all the rounded edges all the way around so the squares would all be perfectly square.. and it was a good excuse to eat a lot.. and see if it had much of an effect.. and yeah, I feel an amazing workout coming on.
I will post my recipe later.. ok, g2run!
Have a wonderful, beautiful day!

ps. Later I am going to make some bars inspired by the Raw Crunch bars from Kathy Feldman's site. It's an interesting site also.. inspiring! So, Going to go work on my abs now.. bbl, xo

notes from the Pink Sparkly Flower Files

I am tearing myself away from the groove going on in my kitchen to come write a blog.. actually can still hear it here, still grooving.. with a cup of hot cayenne lemon in hand.
I just got 6 cds yesterday from an amazing dj friend of mine ..and this is making me totally happy. Listening to Asian Dub Foundation right now.. cause its the 1 band that I know of.. and love!!!
ok.. it was a tough call this morning - to write about music, cause I am really into it right now. ..or world issues, cause they are surrounding me now also.. or random stuff from the 'pink sparkley files' .. well, you know how I love random stuff.. so here goes, Random Sparkley it is!!!

first gotta say I wish I could hand out copies of this cd to everyone to groove with me also!!! : )
(Thank you Thank you for the music!!!)

ok
Phylox - people who live close to us, from another planet. (googled them but couldn't find anything - note to look into this)

I heard they are passing a law in China against reincarnation. (???) They stole or kidnapped a rimpoche in an effort to control who the next Dalai Lama is going to be. (wow)

A friend of mine is dating someone in China and he told me its against the law to meditate there. You are not allowed to close your eyes for long or anything. (wow again)

Matcha tea - Japanese green tea - usually expensive compared to other types. Used to flavour and dye foods.

Kuckicha twig tea - blend of green tea with creamy, nutty , slight rooibos flavour. One of the favorite teas of the macrobiotic diet. -powerful antioxidant, lowest in caffeine of most teas and said to be useful for inducing labour - just thought that was interesting. ; )

Mauby tea
- is a popular tea made in the Carribean. It has a distinct flavor that some say is like root beer. But has a bitter after taste and is an acquired taste.. but must not be too hard to acquire because it is very popular there.

Billy bee honey is just sugar - someone told me that they feed the bees sugar. This just seemed so sad and I'm not sure if this is true. (but its pasteurized anyway, so why go there?)

& someone else told me that Beef bouillon actually has no beef in it, that its vegan. (actually I checked a box of it for ingredients and it had beef something in it way down on the ingredient list after corn syrup, MSG, salt and lots of chemicals.)
I also heard that this is an ingredient in McDonalds fries.. (so they are not vegetarian - depending on the bouillon they use?? )

The trees on the corner where I wait for the bus are Catalpa trees. I just found out that I am living in a Boreal forest!!!
Ginkgo Bilobas are large, urban-tolerant shade trees - one of the oldest trees in the world, and they grow around here.

Luke's tea: Ginkgo ( from 2 trees
in High Park - 1 male and 1 female), dehydrated Ginger and Caraway.

ok, heres a good one - new to me - The best part of the banana is in the banana peel, you can scrape it, the inside part, with a spoon. Thats where all the potassium is and lots of minerals!

Something to look for - a black seaweed called Fatt Choy, also called chinese hair. I mentioned I was looking for a seaweed that I used to use, very mild - really good, but then couldn't find any more and this may be it.

Yoga mats - Manduka (available at Downward Dog), Maha mat and The Black Mat.

ok times up.. finishing this with a smoothie recipe someone gave me & I wrote down - but I haven't tried yet.
1 c quinoa- sprouted
2 c water
2 bananas
2 T honey
1/2 - 1 c blueberries

Ruth
just came out with a new hemp protein powder with E3Live + maca in it - not shown yet on website but we have it in the cafe to experiment with. It would be good with banana & blueberries also.
She came in a couple days ago with Salty, her incredibly beautiful dog, who's raw also. I know a lot of raw dogs! Raw is amazing for dogs!! of course. : )

ok, thats it.. I am going to be at work on time today!!! : ) Love you.
Have a wonderful day! xo

Morning thoughts on Silence, Awareness, the Master Cleanse, cacao, Osho Zen cards and new shoes

Good Morning!
I am going to write despite the great feeling I have to be quiet.
I am appreciating the silence these days. The spaces between words, the gaps.
..and just lying in bed a little longer than usual. Feeling my feelings.
I have even put my books down for awhile.
But it wont be for long.. I am half way through Brian Clements Longevity and just heard of a couple new ones about ancient wisdom - living close to the land, tribal life, about nature speaking out to us and listening to an ancient language and interspecies communication.
How can one be quiet for long when all that is out there?
But really I know that everything - Everything - is inside.
& I spend a lot of time talking - have you noticed? : ) Not that I am a loud person. But I am not a really quiet person either.. and there is a lot to be found in the silence.

Dorit goes to a silent retreat a few times a year.. she had just come from one before the workshop. I think that would be hard for me. I will have to experience it one day. Maybe it would not be so hard.. but because my life is so active now, its hard to imagine not saying anything for 5 days or so. No kids, no work, no activities.. I'd have to give up blogging for that time, this definitely counts!
So thats whats on my mind these last few days.. silence and even if talking and at work or whatever, just being really conscious, mindful, in the moment, paying attention to what others are saying.
Mi-San has noticed a dramatic difference in life - post ayahuasca. And I have noticed this too.. that things are deeper. Colors are brighter.. everything has more meaning. There is a more special and reverent feeling toward life.

I woke up monday morning and decided to do a Master Cleanse. I am not making a big deal out of it.. cause I am not even sure where I am going with it. I usually start this type of thing with a plan.. but I just feel like being intuitive with it. & interestingly I am not feeling like having anything else but my lemon water (w either agave or maple syrup and cayenne). The first day was a breeze.. Yesterday I was on a lemon and cacao cleanse.. lol Graham came in (from Chocosol) and showed us how to make hot chocolate drinks (yes, you can have hot chocolate raw) But not all of his flavours were. I tasted them.. we had to pick a couple flavours for the cafe.
We picked 2: Cinnamon Cappucchino and Tehate. Tehate is one of my favorites. It is a traditional drink native to a region in Mexico, prob close to Oaxaca. It is made from Rosita de cacao, Huejo de mamey and cacao ( think I have that right). And we are going to make a winter warrior porridge, which is not all raw, but can be close, made with cacao, chia and amaranth.

& then Fred came in with his Cacao Truffles.. so I had one. Hey, they are just too amazing!!!
So after my morning lesson of going with the flow from Mi-San- bend the knees and sway from side to side.. (its a skiing thing - she loves skiing) and tasting the cacao drinks, why not?

& I'm just a flowing kind of being - I picked the 'Going with the flow' card from the Osho deck at work - Fred's new cards - I love them. Think it might be time for a new deck of cards. The artwork is amazing! I love art on tarot cards - did a great presentation on this subject once - its really fascinating. I was asked to present to other classes - really fun.
You can get your own Osho Zen reading done online here.

And the other big thing - no, wait, there are lots of great things going on in my life - but one of them is that on Monday, I think I may have turned into a shoe person. I have just the very necessary footwear to get around in life. Honestly like 4 pairs of shoes. And I pulled out my Docs (Doc Martin - army boots) from last spring and decided that after many many years of being a doc person, (I wear them with everything!) that they just are not going to do anymore. I really want to get away from wearing leather.
So I headed to Queen W. Looking for non-leather boots, shoes, whatever.. and found a whole new world. Bought 2 pair, brown cord converse - doesn't sound great, but they really are - and this grey pair of boots with pink raised velvet birds and .. well, I ended up going back to return them that night cause they really were out there, I could tell by the look Kaiya gave me - and they really didnt go with any of my clothes. lol Oh, & then I just found out that the custom pair I was having made are ready - from Mola Vida - she was having them made without the leather trim, Yay! Cant wait to see them, she said they are bluish - turquoise. oops, getting off the orange theme - blue is for tomorrow. ; )
See.. I can really get talking once I get going on here.
But now off to be silent for awhile, another lemonade and off to work.
There is something very blissful about not eating also.. when you get into it in a healthy, conscientious way.
Have a bright, beautiful and illuminating day!

Random images and wisdom thoughts from Dorit's workshop

Dorits workshop - The Sacred Art of eating was wonderful. I was in the kitchen most of the time but these are a few of the words that I overheard. There was a lot more going on.. it was deep, there was laughing and crying. She can get to people because she has deep wisdom and speaks an undeniable truth.
..& the food was amazing!!! Superfood breakfast and smoothies. & Fatma brought many dishes of Raw Indian cuisine, - I love her food- and there was so much there! ..& chocolate! : )
It was really beautiful. I may get some pics later to post.
We need to get back to the seed of who we are and grow again from there. We need to heal ourselves and get back to our true nature. This is not necessarily the easiest path. We may lose friends along the way and gain new friends. Life will change.

When we suppress our emotions too much they come out as anger. It has to come out somehow eventually.

We refuse to feel our pain, feel our suffering. People say "Oh, don't cry". ..but we need to cry, we need to get it out.

Because we suppress our emotions so much they come out in the Earth in natural disasters - hurricanes, tornadoes, etc.

It is not New Orleans that needs to be rebuilt but us.

How many earthquakes does Indonesia need to have before we will start going within and listening to ourselves?

There are no problems in Iraq, in Cambodia, in America, in France.. the problem is within us.

It is up to us to recreate a feeling of stillness and peace within.
In silence you find you.
You are not going to find it in another's arms, not in different clothes, and not in the foods or non-foods that you eat.

We all need more love.

We need to send love to the people who are pasteurizing almonds - not hatred. They don't need more hatred. They need more love. ..and when they have so much and are filled with love then they wont want to pasteurize almonds.

We need to send love to everyone.. especially those who are in pain, who are harming others and the planet, they who need it the most.

You need to make yourself the most important person in your life. Don't expect someone else to make you the most important person in their life. Its not going to happen.

Embrace everyone - We are all a piece of the puzzle.

We create separations with labels: gay, straight, thin, fat, rich, poor, Christian, Muslim, Canadian, Japanese, vegan, omnivore...

We need to look past the labels and the judgements.
Every decision you make is a choice you make about yourself.
(Think carefully about that one)

Simplicity and abundance go together.

Challenge every temptation in your life.

Find your vulnerability and in that you will find your freedom.

Our biggest fear is our weakness and where our healing lies.

One of the greatest gifts we can give someone is to listen. .. not talk back, not make judgements or add to what they are saying- Just listen.
The man shouting obscenities on the street - Just listen.

When one soul raises every other soul raises also.

The more silence there is the more noisy it becomes. You hear everything - the background sounds, the inner monkey talk, the crinkling wrapper. Everything is magnified.

We are used to doing things.
We don't need to.
The Universe is here to support us.

Everything in nature is part of an art gallery.

Ho'o pono pono

Ho’oponopono is a profound gift that allows one to develop a working relationship with the Divinity within and learn to ask that in each moment, our errors in thought, word, and deed or action can be cleansed. The process is essentially about freedom, complete freedom from the past. ~Morrnah Simeona

Who looks outside, dreams;
Who looks inside, awakes.
~ Carl Jung

Problems are memories being played in the subconscious. They have nothing to do with anyone, anyplace or any situation. When memories replay problems – there is a choice – to stay engaged with them or ask Divinity to free them up through transmutation. (p 16-17)

"I am sorry for the erroneous thoughts that have caused a problem for (____) and me. Please forgive me."

Love transmutes these erroneous thoughts by neutralizing the erroneous emotions which have caused the problem – resentment, fear, anger, confusion. Then love releases the neutralized energies from the thoughts, leaving them in a state of void, of emptiness, of true freedom.

Taking total responsibility for your life means that everything in your life – simply because it is in your life – is your responsibility. In a literal sense, the entire world is your creation.

..If you take complete responsibility for your life, then everything you see, hear, taste, touch or in any way experience is your responsibility because it is in your life. That means terrorists, the president, the economy- anything you experience and don’t like – is up for you to heal. They don’t exist, in a manner of speaking, except as projections from inside you.

The problem isn’t with them, it’s with you.
And to change them, you have to change yourself. (p. 22)

Ho’opoopono is a process of forgiveness, repentance and transformation. Any time we use any of its tools we are talking 100% responsibility and asking for forgiveness (for ourselves). We learn that everything that appears in our lives is only a projection of our ‘programs’. ~ Mabel Katz – The Easiest Way

Morrnah’s Prayer

Divine creator, father, mother, son as one.. If I, my family, relatives, and ancestors have offended you, your family, relatives, and ancestors in thoughts, words, deeds, and actions from the beginning of our creation to the present, we ask your forgiveness. ..Let this cleanse, purify, release, cut all the negative memories, blocks, energies, and vibrations and transmute these unwanted energies to pure light. ..and it is done.

If you want to solve a problem, work on yourself. If the problem is with another person, for example, just ask yourself, What’s going on in me that’s causing this person to bug me? People only show up in your life to bug you! If you know that you can elevate every situation. How? It’s simple: “I’m sorry for whatever is going on. Please forgive me.” (p. 46)

At heart we are all pure, with no programs or memories or even inspirations. That’s the zero state. There are zero limits there. But as we live, we catch programs and memories, much like some people catch a cold. We aren’t bad when we catch a cold, but we have to do whatever it takes to clean it. Programs are the same. We catch them. When we see a program in another, we have it too. The way out is to clean. (p 46)

There are 2 ways to live life – from memory or from inspiration. Memories are old programs replaying. ..the only way to hear the Divine and receive inspiration is to clean all memories. All you have to do is clean. (p 31)

Memories are shared. When you spot something in another that you don’t like, you have it in you, as well. Your job is to clean it. As you do, it will leave the other person as well. Actually, it will eventually leave the world. (p 48)

Your conscious mind is aware of only 15 bits of information while there are 15 million bits happening all the time Your conscious mind doesn’t really have a clue what is happening. (p 155) For each bit of consciousness we experience at least one million bits unconsciously. And that one bit is useless for our salvation. (p 62)

“The purpose of life is to be restored back to Love, moment to moment. To fulfill this purpose, the individual must acknowledge that he is 100% responsible for creating his life the way it is. He must come to see that it is his thoughts that create his life the way it is moment to moment. He problems are not people, places or situations but rather the thoughts of them. He must come to appreciate that there is no such thing as ‘out there’.” ~ Dr. Ihalekala Hew Len

“What we individually hold, memories or inspirations, have an immediate and absolute impact on everything from humanity to the mineral, vegetable and animal kingdoms. When a memory is converted to zero by divinity in one subconscious mind, it is converted to zero I all subconscious minds – in all of them!” ~ Dr. Ihalekala Hew Len

Problems are memories replaying. Memories are programs. They aren’t just yours. They are shared. The way to release the memory is to send love to the Divinity. Divinity hears and responds, but in a way best for all, at the time right for all. You choose but you don’t decide. Divinity decides. (p 126)

You are totally responsible for all of it. It’s all in you. All of it. No exceptions. You have to clean on it or it doesn’t get cleaned. If it’s in your experience, its up to you to clean. (p 127)

Whenever there is a problem, you are there.
Does that tell you anything?

Repeat ”I love you” “I’m sorry” "Please forgive me” & “Thank you”. Say this not to people, but to the Divine. The idea is to clear the shared energy.

We clear the shared energy so no one has to experience it ever again, ever. And you never stop doing it.

You aren’t saying those statements to be forgiven by the Divine, you’re saying them to clean yourself. You say them to Divinity but they are to clean you.

The Divine is continually showering its love on you. It has never stopped – pure love. It’s there. But you’re not. So you clean the programs that are in you that are preventing you from being at the pure state: love.

We can appeal to Divinity who knows our personal blueprint, for healing of all thoughts and memories that are holding us back at this time. ~ Morrnah Simeona

When you clean yourself you clean the program from everyone. ..But there are a lot of programs. They are like weeds on zero. To get at zero limits, we have more cleaning to do than you could ever imagine.

Raw Chili

This is a pic of my incredibly hot raw chili that I made at work. I was inspired by Luke's spicy vegetarian cooked chili.. the thing is the actual chili powder we used for both was an extra hot one. I had a big bowl of the raw one yesterday for lunch and it literally made me break out in a sweat! I still have to experiment to see how much regular chili powder to use ..I am guessing for the recipe here, use your own judgment on that one.

I'm really happy with this recipe.. really enjoyed it! Hope you do too!!!

Raw Chili

3 large tomatoes (pref really delicious organic local ones!) - chopped
1/2 red pepper - chopped
1 celery stalk - chopped
1 onion - chopped
2 garlic cloves - minced
3-4 mushrooms - chopped
4-5 flat leaf parsley stalks - chopped
1 T miso
2t chili powder
1 t oregano & salt
1/2 t basil, cumin and marjoram
1/4 t curry and turmeric
dash black pepper and cayenne

Mix together in a bowl. remove about 1/3 of the mixture to a blender or food processor and add 1/2 avocado and another tomato and puree.
Bend puree back into bowl of rest of chili and add:
other 1/2 avocado chopped small
1 1/2 c sprouted bean mix

- I used Mumm's bean mix (we sell these at work) and removed the bigger beans - most of the garbanzos and Peas - and using mostly adzuki beans and lentils.

ps. This is a pic of another experiment going on in my kitchen at home.. but I think the veggies were sliced too thin. I got the spice mixture down - they tasted delicious but shrunk in size.

I used sweet potatoes, carrots, zucchinis, thin white eggplant & parsnips.

The next setting on my mandolin seemed too cut the veggies too thick. Maybe I'll try with the food processor slicer.. will let you know if I get it down.

Next up though are Raw cookies.. we've been selling them at work again. and we're out. ..maybe tonight.

I finished my ho'oponopono book, it was great and will post some thoughts on it tomorrow.
Am starting my Science & the Akashic field book by E. Laszlo - today.

Tomorrow I am working after work for Erika Wolfe (Power of Raw) who is hosting Brain Clement from the Hippocrates Health Inst. in Florida.

and on Sunday we have a workshop at work with Dorit - The Sacred Art of Eating. That will be wonderful.. I love Dorit. Busy weekend!!

Sparkly finger lights, higher orders and realities, resistance, loving rooms, super sensitivities, force fields and beauty, so much beauty!

When I was walking through the forest, looking for my tent, ayahuasca weekend.. I saw sparks and lights coming from my fingers and said 'Wow, thats really cool. ..& my guide said yeah, I know and it is there all the time just we can't see it".

I am definitely sensing a higher order of things.. there are so may things we don't know.
Life is deeper than we can possibly imagine

The road to enlightenment is often met with some resistance. As you gain higher ground spiritually there is an opposing force which you often meet. Yin & Yang - we live in a world of duality. ..Thoughts from my Mom. I was feeling kind of sad last night.. it's rare but it happens.

There is a part in my ho'oponopono book (Zero Limits) where Dr. Hew Len talks about when he first started working at the psychiatric facility and paint was chipping off walls.. and they tried to repaint but the paint wouldn't stick to the walls. Time went by, patients got healed, work conditions got healed, the building felt more love.. yes, he sends love to the rooms and objects in the room when he enters and believes everything has a soul and spirit, all inanimate and animate objects. So later they painted again and the paint stuck this time. It felt the love.

Where we work its a very intuitive flowing place. Things just seem to happen the way they are supposed to be. For example there is usually just enough of something to last until it gets replaced. It's hard to explain.. like sometimes I wonder how we are going to get through the day without something we've run out of ..and the no one even asks for that thing.. or thats the one day when we didn't need it.
Sometimes I see something happen & know the higher order is at work.
Example - someone came in for wheatgrass.. and we have just ran out. They had bought a bag and forgot to put it in the fridge.. all we have is short trays a few inches high.. she takes that.. its inconvenient, expensive, This person has just been having such a hard time. & then they leave and an hour later the delivery guy comes back & we have a bunch of extra bags of wheatgrass and are stocked again.
Just life stuff.. but really fun watching it.

I know the shaman pouring out the ayahuasca gave me a really full glass. He just cesses the situation when you are there standing in front of him. He looks at you deep, in your eyes.. he knows what you can handle, what you need, .. or what you can deal with.

Mi-San was saying how colors are brighter now.. things are deeper. I know what she means and can see it in her eyes. We are more sensitive and more aware.. see a little deeper than before.. feel a little more.

A few days ago I was playing a game with myself.. I had a canvass shopping bag sitting by bus-stop pole and I left it there and went to the other edge of the sidewalk to see if the bus was coming. A lady walked up and stopped just before me and my bag. I was wondering if there was an invisible force field between my bag & I.. and she was sensitive and didn't want to cross this energy field. (I had heard of a book about this recently.. but forget the name of it - about how its important to get rid of stuff.. because we have attachments to our possessions and things we live with ad are around a lot) Anyway.. so she stops.. ad then I wonder if I walk over to my bag if she will pass.. and sure enough she does.
of course maybe this was a field of intention...
Anyway.. like I said, just little games I play to pass the time. = )
